I offer eight different types of report:

  1. On-Site/In-Person 
  2. Desktop (no travel required) 
  3. Restricted (Abbreviated Report issued to client – full workfile maintained)
  4. Use Tax/Lease Rates 
  5. Legal/Expert Opinion 
  6. Damage/Diminution 
  7. Noncash Charitable Contribution (includes IRS Form 8283) 
  8. Market Evaluation 

The information that I need from you regarding your aircraft, after you have engaged me is all as follows:

  • Aircraft & Logbooks Locations (required only for On-Site/In-Person engagements)
  • Aircraft Registration & Serial Number
  • Engines, Auxiliary Power Unit, &/or Propellers Serial Numbers (required only
  • for Desktop engagements)
  • Airframe Total-Time & Landings
  • Engines, Auxiliary Power Unit, &/or Propellers Total-Times, Cycles and Dates
    of Last Overhaul
  • Aircraft Equipment List &/or Sales Specification Sheet (required only for
    Desktop engagements)
  • Full Maintenance & Inspection Status Report (CAMP, CMP, FlightDocs, etc.)
  • Images (required only for Desktop engagements), as follows: Exterior front 1⁄4 shot, and 90 degree side shot; Interior front-to-back shot, and Interior back-to- front shot; Cockpit/Panel/Center Console shots
